Murder She Wrote Series on DVD - Second Season

First episode of second season of "Murder She Wrote" was presented on September 29, 1985. Second season had 22 episodes and a viewership of 21.73 million people. In first episode "Window, weep for me" Jessica comes across Michael Haggerty in Caribbean. Michael Haggerty is a MI6 agent. Jessica is in Caribbean for a murder investigation.
In second episode " Joshua Peabody Died Here... Possibly" a new hotel is being constructed in Cabot Cave but its construction was stopped when a skeleton was found on the construction site. Jessica and the Sherriff of the city visit the construction site but there they find another body.
In the third episode "Murder in the afternoon" niece of Jessica is worried about her job security. She turned out to be the prime suspect when her boss was found murdered. Jessica engages herself to save her niece.
In the fourth episode "School for scandal" a university awards Jessica a honorary degree.
In the fifth episode "Sing a song of murder" Jessica is informed of murder of her cousin but when she goes to London she finds her cousin alive. Her cousin was being threatened.
In the sixth episode "Reflections of mind" One of Jessica's friend claims that the ghost of her dead husband visits her regularly. She becomes the prime suspect when her second husband was also found murdered. Jessica tries with full determination to help her friend.
In the seventh episode "A lady in the lake", Jessica witnesses falling of a woman in the lake. Everyone suspects husband of the lady as the murderer but Jessica doubts it.
In the remaining episodes Poison pen letters are spread in the Cabot cave. Owner of a horse dies, whose horse was ridden by Jessica's niece. In the consequent episodes many people are killed including some friends of Jessica. In a case a former student of Jessica is held responsible for a murder. Judges find a hard time to decide either to convict the accused person or release him. In the last episode a heiress is murdered and her husband is accused of the murder. If you were born after 1991, it's a good bet you've never heard of Murder She Wrote. I think a season of Murder She Wrote series on DVD costs around $20, and well worth the money.
